Senior Odoo Developer
Position Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining internal tools at ByteBridge with a focus on Odoo. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient and effective solutions that enhance internal processes and workflows.
Odoo Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and applications to meet the specific needs of data center management.
- Customize existing Odoo modules, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.
- Optimize Odoo performance for large-scale deployments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Integration & API Development
- Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and other enterprise systems, including third-party applications and data center management tools.
- Design and implement APIs to facilitate data exchange between Odoo and external systems.
Technical Skills
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Strong Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL and Database management is required.
- Experience with Odoo Framework
- Strong web Development skills including technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript especially with frameworks like JQuery and React
System Maintenance & Support
- Monitor and maintain Odoo environments, ensuring uptime and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Implement and manage automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
Documentation & Training
- Document technical designs, configurations, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Odoo usage and best practices.
Qualifications Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Odoo development, with a strong focus on customizing and integrating Odoo ERP modules.
- Experience working in data center management or related industries is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Project, and Sales
- Odoo certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and managing Odoo on cloud infrastructure
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range for this Job would be $120k to $140k
