Operations & Procurement Specialist
Position Summary
The Procurement Specialist role at ByteBridge involves efficiently managing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
Essential Functions
- Efficiently source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve optimal cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for cost reduction and supplier innovation.
- Maintain compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflows across departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast inventory requirements and manage supply chain logistics.
- Support office management tasks, including vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years in procurement.
- Mastery of MS Office.
- Familiarity with Singaporean procurement practices.
