Position Summary

The Procurement Specialist role at ByteBridge involves efficiently managing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

Essential Functions

  • Efficiently source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve optimal cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for cost reduction and supplier innovation.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflows across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast inventory requirements and manage supply chain logistics.
  • Support office management tasks, including vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years in procurement.
  • Mastery of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Singaporean procurement practices.
