Marketing Associate
Position Summary
The Marketing Associate will play a critical role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our services. This position involves research, lead generation, market analysis, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the tech and data center landscape.
Job Duties
- Conduct thorough market research on data center and IT trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze industry developments, providing insights that inform our marketing and sales initiatives.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content creation, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team and partners on prioritizing leads from campaigns and events, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Assist in nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients through consistent communication and engagement. Help organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our brand and services.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, including campaign performance, lead quality, and market trends and providing insights and recommendations for improving marketing efforts and achieving business goals.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or related fields
- 1-4 years of experience in market research or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the data center industry and its key players is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range for this Job would be $75k to $95k
