Director of Sales
Essential Functions
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide consistent, accurate sales forecasts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to demonstrate solutions, deliver POCs, and ensure satisfaction through pre- and post-sales stages.
- Drive strategic expansion of the regional team.
- Develop and execute alliance and partnership strategies within the industry.
- Target Region: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven expertise in enterprise sales and territory management.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant markets and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers, identify pain points, and deliver value.
- Experienced in managing complex, strategic accounts and engaging with decision-makers.
- Skilled in positioning end-to-end solutions and tailoring them to meet customer needs.
- Capable of creating and presenting strategic account plans to company leadership.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of successful experience in enterprise sales, especially in networking, cybersecurity, compute, and storage IT stack technologies.
- Familiarity with leading OEMs such as Cisco, Arista, Huawei, H3C, Ruijie, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Kaytus, VMware, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks is an advantage.
- Background with System Integrators (SI).
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Additional experience with Data Center infrastructure projects and services (e.g., rack stack, structured cabling, managed services, EFO, liquid cooling) is a plus
