Sales Manager
Essential Functions
- Achieve annual sales revenue target maintaining agreed margin range set
- Monitor sales metrics (E.g. monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts) in conjunction with building an opportunity pipeline of sufficient value to achieve annual sales target
- Develop and manage portfolio of accounts to ensure customer happiness and build customers for life
- Primary point of contact for all focus accounts, including producing proposals, negotiating contracts and agreements
- Regular engagement with focus partners for Datacenter, Storage, Compute, Network, and Managed Services to optimize lead generation opportunities and accreditation
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute initiatives to grow brand awareness and optimize conversion of leads provided
- Organize daily management tasks to optimize efficiency and opportunity closure rates
- Prioritize engagement for high value, high touch global accounts in Indonesia with global account management colleagues across multiple geographies
- Deep understanding of CRM, ERP tools
- Accurate forecasting and sales funnel development.
Additional Duties
- Collaborate with operations, sales engineering, logistics and finance team colleagues to ensure the customer experience is optimized and payments collected
- Maintain familiarity with relevant technologies to maintain thought leadership position for customers
- Participate in industry networking events to build profile
- Contribute to business planning activities for Singapore geography to ensure sustainable growth
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to fulfil customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Five years working in sales or customer service
- Ability to maximize all business opportunities relating to each customer, like sales and marketing campaigns, resource requirements, and revenue forecasts
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
